MAC SUMMER CAMP 2024

Each week of camp features new activities, explorations and creations!
This summer of 2024, we'll explore THE ELEMENTS OF NATURE!

Summer Camp at MAC is FUNtastic!
EXPLORE the four elements of nature as we SOAR up to the sky and learn from birds and butterflies, then VOYAGE into the oceans with its marvelous creatures and habitats, and LAND into the place we call home through storytelling and local oral history.
Camp activities blend Science and Art through observation, games, story-telling, and hands-on art projects. From exploring functional art that soars through the air like kites, to learning the science of buoyancy through miniature boat making, or experiencing the tactile qualities of a volcanic rock, your children/child are sure to delight in this Summer’s Fun-tastic camp led by the dynamic teaching duo Samara Zepeda and Layna Rivas. 

First week, we will introduce the four elements with an element-based project each day, finalizing in a giant ELEMENTAL dragon that will join the Middletown Days parade! 
Second week, we'll dive deeper into the elements Air and Fire.
​In week three we'll explore the elements Earth and Water. 
3 weeks, 5 days each week full of creative fun, learning, and friends and new activities each week!

Healthy snacks always provided!
  • June  10-14, WEEK 1: AIR, FIRE, EARTH, WATER
  • July 8-12: AIR, FIRE
  • July 15-19: EARTH, WATER

$150 per week, includes materials, supplies, and healthy snacks.
$290 for both weeks or for 2 siblings/1 week each
$550 for 2 siblings/2 weeks
$430 for 3 weeks for one child
